You can create custom audience audience through Kaojao system, for 4 groups as follows.
1. Inbox and comment (Keywords only) The system will retrieve the keywords set by the store to create target audiences.
*To enable keywords To create an audience, turn on “Create Custom Audience”.
2. Inboxes (all) are customers who send messages via chat.
3. Comments (all) are customers who comment on all posts on the page.
4. Inbox and Comments (All) is to create audiences from customers who send messages to inbox and page comments.
